ARCHITECTURE

Thirty two modern flats ranging from 2+1, 2+kk and 3+kk were designed for long-term tenants by architects from the renowned RAW architectural studio (national award winners for the reconstruction of Villa Tugendhat, World Heritage Site).

STANDARDS

As a standard, each low-energy flat comes with wooden parquet and stone floors, a fully equipped and custom-made kitchen designed by the renowned kitchen studio LeBon, air conditioning or exterior venetian blinds – always made from specially selected and sourced materials, both in the interior and exterior of your future residence.
